- 3We confirm the refund by email. It goes back to the original payment method and usually shows within 5 to 10 working days.
Crypto payments are final. A crypto payment cannot be reversed, so it is not covered by the guarantee, and we say so before you pay. If you want the guarantee, pay by card or PayPal.
Purchases made through Google Play are refunded by Google under Google's rules: request one through Google Play within 48 hours of the charge, and contact us after that.
