Refund Policy

If you subscribe on this website by card or PayPal and JustCoffee VPN is not for you, tell us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment in full. You do not need to give a reason, although we always like to hear one.

• The first card or PayPal payment of a new subscription bought on this website.
• One guarantee per customer. A second subscription by the same person is not covered.
• Renewal payments are not covered. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid one.
• Accounts suspended for breaking the Terms, or repeated sign-ups to obtain free service, are not covered.
• Payments made in cryptocurrency are not covered. See below.

• Send the email address on your account and the date of the payment or the receipt.
• We confirm the refund by email and cancel the subscription so it does not renew.

Purchases made in the Android or Android TV app are billed by Google, and only Google can refund them. You can request a refund through Google Play within 48 hours of a charge. After that, email us with your Google Play order number and we will look at it with you.

A plan bought with cryptocurrency is paid once for a fixed period. It does not renew, so there is nothing to cancel, and it ends when the period you paid for runs out.

A crypto payment cannot be reversed, so it is final and is not covered by the money-back guarantee. We show this next to the crypto option before you pay. If you want the guarantee, pay by card or PayPal instead.

If a crypto payment goes wrong on our side, for example you are charged twice or your plan never starts, contact us and we will put it right.

Refunds go back to the original payment method. They usually appear within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank. Access to the plan ends when the refund is issued.
