Terms of Service

JustCoffee VPN is a virtual private network. It routes your device's internet traffic through an encrypted tunnel to a server we operate through our network partner, hides your IP address from the sites you visit, and offers dedicated routes for streaming services.

The service runs on industry-grade VPN infrastructure provided by a white-label network partner. Locations, streaming routes and features change over time as that network and the streaming services change. We do not promise that any particular location or streaming service will be available at any particular moment.

You need an account to use the service. Give us a working email address, keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens on it.

You must be at least 18, or use the service with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian who accepts these terms on your behalf.

One account is for one person and that person's own devices. You may sign in on several devices you own, such as a phone and a TV. We may limit the number of devices or simultaneous connections to keep the service fair for everyone.

We sell a monthly plan and a yearly plan. Every plan includes every feature. Prices are shown before you buy and may change; we will tell you before a change applies to a renewal.

• Google Play purchases are billed by Google under Google Play's terms, in your local currency, to the Google account on the device. Google handles the payment, renewal and receipts.
• Website purchases are billed by our payment provider in US dollars to the card or wallet you choose at checkout. We do not see or store your card number.

Plans renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

A Google Play subscription attaches to the first JustCoffee VPN account that redeems it and cannot be shared between accounts. If a subscription shows as linked to another account, sign in with that account or contact us and we will move it.

Cancel a Google Play subscription in the Google Play app under Payments and subscriptions. Cancel a website subscription from the Subscriptions page of your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; there is no pro-rated refund for the remaining time except under the money-back guarantee below.

Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it in Google Play first. Deleting your account does cancel a website subscription.

If you subscribe on the website and JustCoffee VPN is not for you, tell us within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment in full. The guarantee covers the first payment of a new website subscription, once per customer. Renewals and repeat subscriptions are not covered.

Purchases made through Google Play are refunded by Google under Google's refund rules. We cannot refund a Google Play charge ourselves, but we will help you with a request.

We may refuse a refund where the guarantee is being abused, for example repeated sign-ups to obtain free service, or where the account has been suspended for breaking these terms. The full details are in the Refund Policy.

Promo codes reduce the price of a plan. They expire, have a limited number of uses, apply to one purchase each and cannot be exchanged for cash. We may withdraw a code that is being misused.

The service is for private, lawful use. Using JustCoffee VPN does not make anything legal that is otherwise illegal. You agree not to use the service to:

• break any law, or infringe anyone's rights, including copyright;
• send spam, run scams, or attack, probe or overload any network or system;
• distribute malware, or exploit or harm anyone;
• harass, threaten or abuse anyone, or share content that does so;
• resell, share or rent your account, or use the service for a business without our written agreement;
• interfere with the service, or try to get around limits, security or billing.

Fair use applies. The plans include unlimited data for normal personal use; sustained use that degrades the service for others may be limited. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, and we may report unlawful activity where the law requires it.

We work to keep the service running, but no online service is available every second. Maintenance, network problems, or a streaming service blocking a route can interrupt it. We may add, change or remove features, locations and routes, and we may update the apps.

We may withdraw the service altogether with reasonable notice. If we do, we will refund any prepaid time you cannot use.

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the JustCoffee VPN apps for as long as you have an account in good standing. The apps, the website, the JustCoffee VPN name and the artwork belong to us or our licensors. Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell them.

The service is provided as is. A VPN improves privacy; it does not make you anonymous, and it cannot protect you from what you choose to share, from malware on your device, or from a service that identifies you by your account.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties about the service, including that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or fit for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profit or business. Our total liability for any claim connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if a payment is disputed or reversed, or if the law requires it. Where we can, we will tell you why and how to put it right.

You can delete your account at any time from the app or the website. Deletion is permanent: the account, its data and its access are removed and cannot be recovered. Remaining paid time is not refunded except under the money-back guarantee.

We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when. For a material change we will let you know in the app, on the website or by email before it applies. Using the service after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction, except where the law of the country you live in gives you rights that cannot be taken away.
