Reset a forgotten password
Ask for a reset link from the sign-in page and choose a new password from the email.
- Open the sign-in page and choose Forgot your password.
- Enter the email address on your account.
- Open the email we send and follow the link to choose a new password.
- Sign in again on your phone and TV.
Passwords need 8 or more characters, with a letter and a number. If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, check the spam folder and try again.
