Which protocol should I use?
WireGuard for speed. Switch to OpenVPN TCP when a network blocks the others.
- WireGuard: fastest and most modern. Recommended.
- OpenVPN UDP: fast and widely compatible.
- OpenVPN TCP: slower, but gets through strict networks.
- IKEv2: stays stable when the network changes.
Change it under Account, Connection, Select protocol. If a network blocks one protocol, another usually gets through.
