Delete your account
Deleting removes your account, its data and its access permanently.
In the app, Settings, Account, Delete Account removes your account, its data and its access permanently. This cannot be undone. On this website it is at the bottom of the Details tab in your account.
Any subscription on the account is cancelled with it, so you will not be charged again. Any remaining paid time is not refunded.
- 1Sign in, open Account, and choose Delete my account at the bottom of the Details tab.
- 2Tell us why you are leaving and confirm.
